About this accommodation<br>Luxury starting at 99 € per night, including 2 people! Each additional person costs 25 euros per night. We do not accommodate children under 10 years of age.<br>This stylish, upscale accommodation (120 m²) is perfect for 2 to 5 people ages 10 and up. Prime Video and a game console (Xbox) provide free entertainment.<br>Rot an der Rot is located between Ulm and Lake Constance on the Swabian Baroque Route. The highway access road is only 12 kilometres away and takes you to the mountains or beautiful Lake Constance within an hour.<br>The accommodation<br>The apartment is on the ground floor; it’s new, cosy, and bright. You can use a game console and “Prime Video” for free. Both bedrooms have TVs, and the living room even features a 65-inch TV. There’s also a small balcony. The apartment measures 120 m² in total, making it comfortable for 4–5 people. The bathroom has no window but is bright as day thanks to the lighting system. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and a small oven). Wi-Fi is, of course, free. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Rot an der Rot.<br>Guest access<br>You’ll have the entire ground floor to yourself. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich u erfüllen auch Wünsche. Es gab frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Wohnung ist groß u modern eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt, um sich wohl zufühlen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem u ermöglichen einen erholsamen Schlaf. Sehr ruhig gelegen u trotzdem nur kurzer Fußweg zur sehenswerten Kirche u Kräutergarten.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Nochmal herzlichen Dank.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Im übrigen ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet TV Internet und so weiter alles vorhanden. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Edith und Bruno.

Genau so stellt man sich Urlaub vor!

Von der Begrüßung, über den gesamten Aufenthalt bis zur Verabschiedung war alles perfekt! Die Wohnung ist super modern und schön eingerichtet und ruhig, dass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Die Küche und die Wohnung insgesamt sind gut ausgestattet und wenn doch mal etwas fehlt ist das mit einer schnellen Nachricht oder einem Klingeln an der Tür der Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert geklärt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und zugänglich! Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen und entschleunigen aber auch ein guter Standort für Wanderungen.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohiung

Wir haben schöne, erholsame Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Rot an der Rot verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal um viele Orte im Allgäu und am Bodensee zu erreichen. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und waren überrascht über die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub wichtig ist (incl. Waschmaschine). In der Umgebung von Rot an der Rot selbst gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Aktivurlaub oder einfach nur Erholung. Der Bodensee ist auch nicht weit entfernt, wo es uns besonders gut gefallen hat.
