Welcome to this house, which invites you to rest. The first floor of the house is at your disposal. In the living room a spiral staircase leads to the gallery, which is not at your disposal. Take advantage of the functional equipment of the house and enjoy yourself with your loved ones. You can have a delicious breakfast consisting of regional fruits, vegetables and delicacies on your terrace and discuss your plans for the day.



You can also relax for the first time after breakfast and make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers before packing your beach bag and heading the few 100 meters to the water. Here you can get into the water at the pebble beach and do water sports. Let your soul dangle and your everyday life behind you.

You can make a trip to the port city of Zadar. Discover the historical heritage and modern architecture of the city. Take advantage of the rich gastronomic offer and be surprised by the many events in the summer months. Especially worth seeing is the sunset from Istarska obala.
