The charming family villa Niko is located in the small hamlet of Pridraga, close to the town of Zadar. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many day trips, but if you decide not to leave it, small shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa. With a total living area of 120 square metres, it can accommodate up to 3+2 people. The single-storey villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area, a cosy living room and two double bedrooms. Tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, the villa will make you feel right at home! The outdoor area is absolutely stunning. Here you will find a 32 square metre private pool, a lounge area where you can relax with a cold, refreshing drink and a large terrace where you can sunbathe and catch a lovely tan. The villa offers you many ways to stay active, such as a mini football and pool table, darts and cardio equipment. Bicycles are also available for you to explore and discover the wider area. The highlight of the villa is a private konoba with a charcoal barbecue and a seating area, ideal for cosy lunches and dinners with your family and friends. The villa is perfect for small families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by peace and quiet.The charming Villa Niko is located in the small town of Pridraga, not far from Zadar. All necessary facilities such as shops, restaurants and cafes are close to the villa and you can reach everything on foot. Bicycles are available at the villa to explore the surrounding area. All lovers of excursions will be delighted by the many possibilities. We recommend visiting numerous national parks and nature parks, such as Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and Telaica Nature Park. You can reach these national parks by car and in some cases also by excursion boat. For adrenaline-seekers, there are many options such as bungee jumping, panoramic aeroplanes or tandem jumping. The youngest and the slightly older ones can be surprised in the amusement park Fun Park Biograd, where they can spend the day on many fun rides.

Excellent! If you want peace, quiet and mornings with chirping birds, yet close to the sea, you are in the right place. An above-standard decorated house with a beautiful yard and swimming pool, everything crystal clean, with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. A pleasant short walk in the morning to a nearby store, home-grown vegetables and fruits, coffee in a nearby cafe with a newspaper. Priceless. The friendly hosts are always available for anything you need and may need in addition. Local specialties, prosciutto, cheese, olives, bacon, quince, tomato...we were welcomed at the house upon arrival, perfect! Thank you to the family for their care, pleasant vacation and of course the cake they delivered to our house. Excellent. We hope to return next year.

Das Haus ist top! Sehr sauber, modern und perfekt, um zu entspannen.

Das Haus ist top! Sehr sauber, modern und perfekt, um zu entspannen. Die Vermieter sind mega gastfreundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kalte Platte, Wein und Obst, so dass man für den ersten Abend bestens versorgt ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgeschieden, aber Zadar ist nur 34 km (30 Min mit dem Auto) entfernt.Alles in allem ein Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Wir, Familie mit kleinem Hund waren mehr als begeistert und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Villa, der Garten mit Pool, so wie der Nebenraum mit den Fitnessgeräten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Kamin/Grill-Raum ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Familie Buljat ist super nett, hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Die Begrüßung fiel herzlich aus und wir wurden am Anreisetag mit einer toll angerichteten Platte mit kroatischen Köstlichkeiten, frischem Brot u. einer Flasche Wein empfangen. Auch während der Woche wurden wir perfekt und nicht aufdringlich betreut. Die Villa Niko ist eine Reise wert... :-)

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Villa Niko und waren begeistert!!!! Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Das Haus ist sensationell ausgestattet, es ist wirklich alles da. Die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen und für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt man alles in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, TOP!!!!! Der Empfang mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region, Brot und einer Flasche Wein, hat uns sehr gefreut, vielen lieben dank Frau Buljat!!!! Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefügt und die Spaziergänge im Wald und dem Meer entlang, sehr genossen. Wir können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen, großartig für alle die Ruhe wollen und keinen Trubel brauchen. Da ist Kroatien noch ursprünglich und nicht überlaufen.

Es war TOP! - Super sauber - Super Pool - 100% Privatsphäre (niemand sieht herein) - Top Gastgeberin mit viel Herzblut Rund herum ist nichts Spannendes - aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell an tollen Orten. Wir waren von Ende September bis Anfang Oktober in der Villa Niko und es war traumhaft schön. Viel Ruhe, ein Haus mit Pool für uns alleine. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen! 15 Sterne! :)

Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus.

Wir waren begeistert von dem Haus. Die Villa Niko ist bezaubernd, am liebsten wäre ich gleich für immer eingezogen. Alles war so stimmig und liebevoll dekoriert und so sauber. Wir waren jetzt im März dort und hatten noch das Glück ein super tolles Wetter genießen zu dürfen und dadurch auch in den Genuss gekommen sind die Terrasse voll auszunutzen. Die Konoba war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir möchten einfach auch nur Danke an die Gastgeber sagen. Danke für die liebevolle Begrüßung und auch Verabschiedung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wurden immer bestens betreut. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren Mitte Oktober für 10 Tage in der Villa Niko! Was soll ich sagen,...es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach ein Traum. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen mit einer rießen Jausenplatte, frisches Brot, Eiern und Wein. Als wären wir zu unserer Familie gefahren. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig aber trotzdem gibt es alles in der Nähe. Wenn man dann etwas mehr unter die Menschen möchte ist man mit dem Auto in weniger als 30min in Zadar. Auch zum Abschied bekamen wir tolle Geschenke und wurden herzlichst verabschiedet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
