This house is well located in Richmond Hill and the property s spacious and has a large back yard and back deck which were helpful for our stay with our grandchildren. However, there was no information within the house nor was shared with us regarding where to find things, how to access wifi, nor how to adjust the temperature (it eas a very hot weekend). The kitchen had most things but lacked simple staples like salt and pepper, and any items which could be used in the oven. The stove top was missing a knob.The host was fairly responsive before we arrived, but once there was very slow to respond. It also seems like the hosts live in the basement but that's not clear in the listing. We were surprised to see that the BBQ had been used in the night while we were there. Overall, I would not recommend this property.
