The beach house is in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como directly on the lake shore approx. 30 m above the lake level below the local road. With a unique view of the lake. In the neighbourhood are residential and holiday homes, approx. 200 m away is the local church and a small camping site. The holiday house has two holiday flats and a private flat on the ground floor, holiday flat Falco on the upper floor, holiday flat Rondine on the ground floor, both with 2 bedrooms. The flowery garden is an oasis on the lake, which you reach via steps. The garden and the beach offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing or socialising. The beach has a shallow slope. A wide gate to the seaside allows water sports equipment to be parked on the property. From the mountain side, you reach the house entrance via a few garden steps. From Pianello you can quickly reach the neighbouring villages to the north and south by car, with good shopping facilities, nice restaurants and typical local trattorias.
Your holiday home is located directly on the lake with beautiful beaches and beach cafés in the surrounding area.
Rental of surfing and water sports equipment is available in the village and in the neighbouring villages - all within walking distance of the lake.
With plenty of living space with Italian stone tiles and Lombard good furniture and modern comforts.
Light and dark colours blend together to create a harmonious overall picture.
The bright bathroom on the lake side has a shower.

It is also wonderful to watch water sports, e.g. regattas.
Less suitable for people with walking difficulties, small children require increased supervision due to partially unsecured wall ledges and stairs.
Sig. Guido, the friendly landlord, lives in the granny annexe and is professional and reserved. He speaks English and is your contact person on site.
