A wonderful holiday home at lake Como

We stayed here the 2nd time and again the whole family very much enjoyed our week at lake Como. The appartement is very large and well equipped in a beautiful surrounding, just a few steps from the lake. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic view and the wonderful garden. The landlady and her daughter are very charming and always helpful. We would love to come here again!

Sejour à San Siro Rezzonico

Très bon accueil, Sara était fort sympathique. L'appartement était parfait pour nous six, grand, fonctionnel, lumineux et très bien placé. Nous avons eu le privilège de goûter les légumes du jardin, un délice ! Une belle semaine, vraiment.

Inchecken verloopt vlot, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is geweldig. Het meer is op loopafstand, zo ook een strandrestaurant, een gelateria en een bar. Achter het huis is een speeltuintje. Een grote supermarkt is in Dongo, 15 minuten rijden.

L’utlima volta che eravamo sul lago di Como era (quasi) sei anni fa, ed è stato davvero un piacere tornarci! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa a San Siro. L’appartamento è comodo, pulito, spazioso e molto ben situato con una vista mozzafiato sul lago di Como. Che dire dei proprietari, Patrizia, Sergio e la loro figlia Sara! Sono molto simpatici, accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi domanda ed informazione sulla regione. Li ringraziamo della loro simpatia e speriamo di ritornarci!Un posto consigliatissimo!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, aber leider zu kurz. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Der See ist 3min zu Fuß und der Bus nach Menaggio fährt auch um die Ecke ab. Nur zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls super. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

tolle Lage, schöner Blick

wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Balkon war wunderbar für Abendessen draußen. Die Wohnung ist groß und entspricht den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend, die erwachsene Tochter spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch. Ein Willkommensgeschenk war im Kühlschrank - vielen Dank! - und zum Abschied gab es 4 große Zitronen. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus auf den eingezäunten Grundstück parken. Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten am See, allerdings ist dieser dort nicht so schön zum schwimmen, wenn man ca. 20 Miunten in den nächsten Ort Richtung Norden läuft gibt es schöne Stellen, um in den See zu gehen. Das einzig etwas nervig war, dass der Hahn im Garten morgens sehr früh (zwischen 5 und 5:30 Uhr) angefangen hat zu krähen und das SEHR ausdauernd. Die Glocken der nahegelegenen Kirche läuten nachts nicht, fangen allerdings ab 7:30 Uhr wieder an. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es werden auch Tabs für den Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung gestellt.

Tolle Lage, freundliche Vermiter

Pro: Ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Tochter der Besitzer (Sara) spricht ziemlich gut Deutsch. Das Auto parkt man direkt auf dem Grundstück (war uns wichtig).Contra: In diesem Ort gibt es am See keine Promenade und keinen Bürgersteig. Man muss in Nachbarort mit dem Auto fahren.

Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Der Empfang war freundlich und man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Nudeln, Soße, Wasser und ein Bier waren bereitgestellt. Toll. Und dann halt der Ausblick vom Balkon. Schöner geht es aus unserer Sicht kaum. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Sees klasse. Alles gut.

Toller Urlaub

Vielen Dank Patrizia und Sergio für ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Als Willkommensgeschenk haben wir im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wein, eine Flasche Bier und eine Flasche Wasser vorgefunden. Wir durften bereits um 12:00 Uhr in die Wohnung einchecken. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gut funktionierende Heizung, was im März sehr wichtig ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge sowohl in die umliegenden Berge als auch zum See. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Als Familie mit vier Kindern haben wir die große Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und dem Wohn- und Essbereich plus Balkon sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Man hat von dort einen tollen Blick über den Comer See. In zwei Minuten kann man den See zu Fuß erreichen. Die Lage ist ruhig und im Garten findet sich stets ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir wurden gastfreundlich empfangen und können diese Ferienwohnung voll weiterempfehlen.

Een fijne accommodatie met balkon met uitzicht op het meer en met een heerlijke tuin.

Wij hebben als gezin met jong volwassenen een bijzonder prettig verblijf gehad. Een comfortabel appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, een ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op het meer en een tuin waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met tips voor trips. Bij aankomst stond er een fles Prosecco in de koelkast en regelmatig kregen we verse groenten uit de tuin. De omgeving is zeer veelzijdig, je kunt mooie bergwandelingen maken, stadjes bezoeken en leuke strandjes waar je lekker in het meer kunt zwemmen (ca 300m) lopen.

Wunderbar

Der Aufenthalt in Santa Maria bei Patricia war einfach nur schön. Das Anwesen, die Wohnung die Gastfreundschaft und die familiäre Atmosphäre war einmalig. Wir haben einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern sehr genossen.
