About this property

The small bungalow in rustico style is enthroned far above Gera Lario above the
Lake Como in a fantastic panoramic position in the countryside with few
neighbouring houses. The rustico is decorated with many natural elements with wood and
stone.

There are three outdoor areas with fantastic views to choose from: the stone terrace with barbecue, the garden on the lake side with a great old stone table, and the garden on the bungalow roof - all a highlight in itself.
The property is fenced.

There are mostly flat beaches along the river Mera as well as in Gera Lario.
With children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing school, canoe hire, tennis, boccia.

Through the terrace with wrought-iron gate you enter the living area, with sofa, dining table and kitchen.
From the living area you enter the bedroom and bathroom.
The double bedroom is on the lake side and has terrace access.
The furnishing is tasteful and modern with rustic elements.
Individual interior design with natural materials and a sense for refined details.

You will find an oasis of tranquillity here with a fantastic view far over the lake and mountain world.
The location is ideal as a starting point for hikes, walks or mountain biking. Also popular with paragliders.
The landlords live in the village below and are cordial and obliging.

Your car is parked at your bungalow, other parking spaces in the area.
The access road is tarred up to the house. You will reach the small mountain hamlet with your holiday rustico via several serpentines on the partly narrow mountain road.

- Heating according to consumption, only for use between October and April: 15 € per day.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus oberhalb vom Comer See

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Berghang. Neu renoviert und sehr stilvoll ausgestattet. Schöner kleiner Garten in mitten der Natur. Wir haben tolle Wanderungen mit unserem Hund gemacht und die umliegenden Städte angeschaut. Wer die Ruhe sucht und den vielen Touristen aus dem Weg gehen will , ist dort bestens aufgehoben.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit nettem Gastgeber und toller Aussicht. Allerdings liegt die Unterkunft bedingt durch die Lage auf dem Berg etwas abgelegen und für jeden Ausflug sind längere Fahrten notwendig.

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön.. Was leider nicht erwähnt wird , ist, dass auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück sich ein weiteres Haus befindet, was auch genutzt wird. So waren an 2 von 5 Tagen recht viele unbekannte Menschen auf dem kleinen Grundstück, was insbesondere für uns mit unserer jungen Hündin eher schwierig war. Insgesamt bewerten wir das Preisleistungsverhältnis als überhöht.

Das Rustico ist sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Blick atemberaubend. Wir waren zu zweit da, das passt. Zu viert (wie ausgezeichnet) fände ich es definitiv zu klein. Super nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Was man wissen sollte: Zwischen der Hausterasse und dem Garten zum See liegt ein öffentlicher Wanderweg, der vermutlich zur Hochsaison von Wanderern und Moutainbikern genutzt wird. Jetzt Anfang Mai war es aber sehr ruhig.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Tolle ruhige Lage mit einer wahnsinns Aussicht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist teilweise nur eine Fahrbahn und mit sehr vielen, sehr engen Kurven. Für ungeübte Fahrer oder sehr große Autos etwas schwierig. Es liegt auch etwas außerhalb (ca.10KM) auf dem Berg vom Centrum entfernt.
