Stay at the foot of the castle and enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monschau’s historic old town. Each unit features a terrace with a wonderfully situated seating area offering a stunning, picturesque view of the castle and the town. <br>During the very elaborate and meticulous renovation of this historic building, we placed great emphasis on preserving its historic character.<br>The apartment is equipped with: a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, retro refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machines for pods and filter coffee, electric kettle, toaster, dish soap, tea towel, cleaning supplies, shower gel, towels, hair dryer, hand soap, sofa, double bed (160x200), bed linens, TV, internet, games, and books.<br>In general, parking in Monschau is challenging due to the very narrow streets. For loading and unloading, you can briefly use the public parking spaces near the castle. From there, it’s about 50 steps down to the holiday rental. In return, you’ll be rewarded with a wonderful view of the old town and the castle from all holiday apartments.<br>In just a few minutes, you can reach the castle or the town centre via stairs, where you’ll find numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as cultural attractions such as the Rotes Haus. <br>Set out on hikes in the Hohe Venn, along the Eifelsteig, or stroll along the Klosterroute. Go swimming at the Vennbad or the nearby Rursee—the recreational possibilities are virtually endless.<br><br>Safety notice:<br>There is an outdoor camera at the front of the building. It records only the entrance and access area. The seating area is permanently blocked from view.
