Haus Boris, pets allowed, on the slopes, mountains, modern furnishings

* Our Haus Boris is a fantastically beautiful log cabin with great mountain views, on a height of about 900 m! The decor is MODERN and the WOOD OVEN completes the overall picture! Our garden is fenced so you and your dog can relax on the terrace and in the garden.

* YOUR DOG is welcome and you pay nothing extra (max 2 dogs)!

* Right on our doorstep, you can take wonderful short, one-day or multi-day hikes. Annaberg is located in the middle of the hiking area Dachstein-West and the Donnerkogelbahn (10 minutes walk from our house) takes you in only 8 minutes to 1800m altitude to the hiking plateau with many routes, pastures and huts.

* In winter, you glide directly from our holiday home to the piste and ski for 2 minutes to the valley station of the Donnerkogel cable car. This cabin lift takes you to the Dachstein-West ski area with approximately 150 kilometers of blue, red and black runs and many cozy cabins.

* We live upstairs and sleep in the basement.

ABOVE
- A LARGE OPEN ROOM WITH LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN WITH A DINING ROOM. Next to it is the entrance with cloakroom and a small bathroom. The small bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower. From the living room you have access to a balcony (north) and the terrace (south).
-The living room is furnished with:
Sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, bean bag, small table, TV, DVD player, bookcase with Dutch, German and English books, as well as some children's books, DVD's, all sorts of games

KITCHEN
-The open kitchen is separated from the spacious dining area with large dining table and service cupboard by a cooking island with 3 bar stools. A high chair is also on site. Since we love to cook, we have equipped our kitchen as extensively as possible with u. a .: Oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen scales, hand blender, all kitchen utensils and cutlery

BELOW
Down it is always cool, even in summer. We have 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 persons and a large bathroom with SAUNA.
- 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 mattresses of 200x70cm or 2 mattresses of 200x80cm) and have outward opening doors.
-1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (2 mattresses of 200x90cm).
-A cot with mattress (120x60cm) is on site.
-The large bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a bathtub, a shower, and towel dryer, sauna, washing machine and hair dryer.

OUTSIDE
- On the balcony, it is wonderfully cool in summer, while you can enjoy the sun on the terrace.
-The terrace has a dining table, 2 benches, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
- From the terrace you have a BEAUTIFUL VIEW on Dachstein-West (Bischofsmütze).
-The garden is fenced and next to the front door is the ski locker.
