Austrian country stay

We absolutely loved staying in this home/condo/hotel. It seems more like a hotel set up. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and a nice size kitchen as well. The view and space all around was amazing! We could see the Sky Ladder from the house! We were glad there was a restaurant in walking distance. If you are staying for long you may want to hit the grocery store first. Wonderful, sweet hostess, A/C was great for these Americans,nothing bad to say at all!

Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Lift. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sowohl der Check in als auch der Check out sind reibungslos verlaufen.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit Pool

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört nur das Rauschen des Baches. Natürlich fährt auch mal ein Auto oder Traktor vorbei, aber die Straße wird eigentlich nur von Anwohnern genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Morgens um halb 8 stellen sie bei Interesse frische Brötchen vor die Tür. Der kleine Pool ist sehr sauber und eine tolle Erfrischung nach einem Ausflug in die Berge oder ins nahegelegene Salzburg. Wir würden wiederkommen und die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Der Urlaub bei Familie Kendlbacher hat uns sehr gut gefallen. (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) Der Empfang von Frau Kendlbacher war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für Kinder gibt es viele Spielmöglichkeiten, der Pool war das Highlight. Der Brötchenservice hat auch wunderbar funktioniert - jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vor der Tür.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und auch das Appartement war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider hat es die ganze Woche stark geschneit somit konnten wir das Skigebiet und das Angebot an Wanderungen etc. nur bedingt nutzen. Aber das was wir gesehen haben hat uns gut gefallen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Sehr großer Balkon mit tollem Ausblick in die Berge und guten Wandermöglichkeiten direkt von der Haustür aus. Auch der Pool im Garten wurden von uns rege genutzt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verlebt. Vielen Dank!

Es war jetzt schon unser zweiter Besuch bei Familie Kendlbacher. Nun kennen wir Annaberg im Sommer und im Winter. Es hat uns wie schon beim ersten Mal sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Der neue vergrößerte Supermarkt in Annaberg verkürzt die Einkaufswege.
