gepflegte unterkunft, super hausmeister. im internet keine korrekte zuordnung zur lage der Wohnung ( gingen vom erdgeschoss aus, leider 1 Stock). suchten die angegebene Waschmaschine, wie andere Mieter auch, fanden sie auch nicht... Fernsehprogramme waren nicht gut eingestellt. mussten von einem Fachmann neu programmiert werden. Ansonsten aber alles sehr gut!! Vielen Dank

Riwa exklusive Wohnungen - Perfekt

Lage ist gut. Wohnung war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und gemütlich. Kommunikation war auch in Ordnung. Außerdem war auch kein Bedarf zu Kommunikation. Ich würde noch mal die Wohnung mieten. Einfach Perfekt!

Super Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit Kleinkind verreist und das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhige Siedlung ohne Lärm. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir nächstes Jahr gleich nochmal hin wollen. Vermieter ist außerordentlich kooperativ und nett und es bleibt keine Frage offen.

Diese sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert! Eine bestens ausgestattete Küche und hochwertige bequeme Möbel. Wir haben uns in Ihrer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war rundum gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der Strand und das Achterwasser in 15 Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Wir waren umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Ideal für Ausflüge um alles zu erkunden. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Vermieter, die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Verwalter einfach klasse. Kölpingsee ist wirklich ideal zum Urlaub machen, mittendrin, ganz viel Ruhe und doch alles in der Nähe, was man braucht. Wir werden sicher noch einmal bei Ihnen anfragen, wenn wir diese schöne Inseln besuchen. Liebe Grüsse
