Close to the sky, surrounded by forest, just let your mind wander.

Here your children can romp undisturbed, while you can enjoy the sun and the view in the Black Forest in a deck chair.

After exhausting excursions, enjoy the sauna (with room for up to six people) and relax and make yourself comfortable in front of the tiled stove with a crackling fire and a glass of wine. You will find the equipment of a detached house in the house!

Very nice House

We had a wonderfull holliday. Alpirsbach is a nice place. From here we could easily discover "The Black Forrest"

Enjoyable stay in this beautiful area. House was spacious for 9 of us. Property manager helped us out by collecting the first to arrive from the station. Thankyou!

Great weekend with friends, barbecue and sauna! The house is in a great status! Specially brilliant if 12 people. We were 14 which meant two were sleeping in the living room and it was a bit tight with bathrooms and dinning room. We anyway truly enjoyed it!

Unser Urlaub war wunderbar. Das Haus war sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Spiele für die Kids drin und draussen vorhanden. Die Hunde waren glücklich, das Grundstück eingezäunt, die Sauna toll und die Betten sehr bequem. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr angenehm und super schnell. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. 3

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung

Wir hatten mit der Familie und Freunden einen Geburtstag im Wellness Ferienhaus gefeiert. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und mit der vorhandenen Sauna, dem Whirlpool und dem Kaminofen eine kleine Wellness Oase. Sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Die Buchung war einfach und die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung sehr gut.

Traum Auszeit

7 Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung und 2 Betreuer verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche im Schwarzwald. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit einer Sauna, einer Whirlpool Badewanne und stieß auf breite Zustimmung. Ebenfalls positiv wurde das Home Entertainment System angenommen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und verfügt über Eine Kaffeemaschine als auch Espresso Maschine. Für regnerische Tage sind auch Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden - schade das es Gäste gibt, die sehr sorglos mit fremden Eigentum umgehen, so dass einige Spielsteine / -karten fehlen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in knapp 1 h zu erreichen (mit dem Auto), momentan ist Schienenersatzverkehr um Alpirsbach, so dass der ÖPNV momentan keine Alternative darstellt. Sobald dieser aufgehoben ist, sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch mit dem Zug erreichbar - mit der Konus Gästekarte sogar kostenlos Kurzum - jederzeit wieder

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche mit 3 Familien im Haus. Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb von Alpirsbach in ruhiger Lage in einer Sackgasse. Das Haus ist entsprechend der Beschreibung gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns ein drittes Bad gewünscht. Ansonsten alles ok. Zu bemerken bleibt, dass offensichtlich die Wahl des Buchungsportals entscheidend ist, ob man für Bettwäsche und Handtücher bezahlen muss oder nicht!

Familienfreundlich top gepflegt

Für uns war das Ferienhaus eine ideale Lösung. Sowohl für Kleinkinder wie auch schon etwas ältere Kinder konnten wir mit 14 Personen trotz schlechtem Wetter unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen. Die Infrastruktur bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit und die Wohlfühlatmosphäre der Räume.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

gemütliches Wohlfühlhaus

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alle Steckdosen sind mit Kindersicherung, in den Schränken gibt es Spielsachen für jedes Alter. Der Spielplatz ums Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Alles ist in einwandfreiem und gepflegtem Zustand. In der Küche ist jede Menge Geschirr da, sodass man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt

Rundum toller Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Sauna und Whirlpoolbadewanne war sehr entspannend und wurden täglich genutzt. Auch der Kamin hat zu dem tollen Urlaub beigetragen. Für den Hund war ein großes Hundekissen vorbereitet. Auch zwei Näpfe sind vorhanden. Alles war sauber und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern bzw. Zu Frau Kuntz war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Den Außenbereich haben wir im Februar natürlich nicht ausnutzen können, aber die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Da es bei unserer Ankunft geschneit hat, war der Weg zum Haus frei geräumt, was sehr vorteilhaft war. Wir würden gerne im Sommer wieder kommen, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 12 Jahren die Osterwoche im Ferienhaus verbracht und uns dort pudelwohl gefühlt. Die moderne Einbauküche ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Wohnzimmer hell und freundlich mit großen Fenstern, der Whirlpool wurde von groß und klein gerne genutzt. Einziges winziges Manko ist die nicht vorhandene Toilette im unteren Geschoss. Wer dort schläft, muss halt eine Etage höher laufen. Ansonsten gab es aber nichts auszusetzen. Morgens lief der Kaffeevollautomat auf Hochtouren, abends sorgte das Kaminfeuer für ein gemütliches Ambiente, tagsüber haben wir Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Und wenn die Kinder nach der Rückkehr immer noch nicht müde genug waren, konnten sie im Garten rumtoben. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
