The Historic Forest House offers exclusive amenities for your well-being: Two saunas—a cosy indoor sauna and an outdoor sauna with a relaxing lounge area, a tempting hot tub in the lower bathroom, inviting wood-burning stoves, a picturesque playground, a BBQ area, and Wi-Fi in a magnificent south-facing location. With 6 bedrooms and 2 living-sleeping rooms.

Discover the Historic Waldhaus, a unique gem in the Black Forest Nature Park that not only exudes history but also offers modern luxury and an enchanting atmosphere. Built in 1923, this historic, listed building was created by Deutsche Werkstätten Dresden as one of the first prefabricated wooden houses in Germany. After more than 6,000 hours of meticulous restoration, it now shines in all its splendour on a picturesque hill in Alpirsbach-Reinerzau.

Enjoy not only the breathtaking view from the spacious terrace but also the timeless charm of the original interior—from kitchen cabinets to wall panelling, everything is perfectly preserved and in excellent condition.

The centrepiece is a spacious living and dining room with a built-in kitchen, a large dining area, and a cosy wood-burning stove; across from it is the living and TV room with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The beautifully designed bathrooms offer pure wellness with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and sauna, where the pleasant scent of wood and the cosy atmosphere will pamper your senses.

The house accommodates up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms and 2 living-sleeping rooms, perfect for a large family holiday or nature-loving groups who appreciate the unique tranquility of the Black Forest. Two bedrooms are accessible separately from the outside, providing a perfect retreat for special moments.

The outdoor area features terrace seating, a covered terrace, and lovingly tended gardens. The large sauna house, complete with a relaxation room and a breathtaking view of the Reinerzau Valley, adds another special touch.
The garden is fenced (fence height 1.2 m).
