The property is in a great spot and for that 5 stars, also the host was a good communicator and I believe she tried hard to resolve the issues we had - but we had too many issues! Most serious of which was no water and no working fridge!! We had food spoil and no fridge or water for the whole time - when there was a tiny dribble there was only cold. The host had people come to try and fix it but really this should all be checked and done PRIOR to guests arriving!! It is very inconvenient on a short holiday and in a small space to have plumbers and electricians working and leaving mess. As I said, Stefania was reasonable and acknowledge all the issues and tried to work to resolve everything, but the other thing that was disappointing was that when we were promised a refund and not to worry about it, when it actually came to going through with it only a small portion of it came through and the communication fizzled... Oritigia is a beautiful place but this really impacted our stay unfortunately :(
