Top Location. Herr Bitturini (Daniele) war jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Pros: Diese Unterkunft kann ich bestens weiter empfehlen. Ein grosser Vorteil ist, dass man seinen PW in der Tiefgarage in eine eigene Garage stellen kann, die zusätzlich noch abschließbar ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend in einem ruhigen Quartier. Den Gardasee kann man vom Balkon aus sehen. Besonders hat mir der überdeckte Balkon dieser Dachwohnung gefallen. Habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besten Dank nochmals an Daniele. Rolf Cons: Kann nichts aussetzen!!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Pros: Das Haus hatte einen schönen gepflegten Pool und der Gardasee ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Cons: Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest eine Kaffeekanne, wo man den Kaffee hätte aufbrühen können. Auch sind die beiden Einzelbetten viel zu klein und eher für kleine Kinder gedacht und nicht wie bei uns benötigt für Kinder von 16 und 20Jahren. Küche ist insgesamt spärlich ausgestattet.

Traumhaft schön!

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Von der überdachten Terrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf den wunderschönen Pool. Diesen hatten wir fast die gesamte Woche für uns alleine zur Verfügung. Diese Ferienwohnung und noch eine befinden sich in einem fix vermieteten Wohnkomplex. Deshalb war es sehr ruhig, im Garten und Pool fast nichts los und die Bewohner, die wir trafen waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Hund war auch willkommen. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage!!! Der Vermieter Daniele war äußerst zuvorkommen, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten benötigt man das Auto. Die Lage ist aber top, um mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. in der Altstadt von Desenzano oder Sirmione zu sein. Strände und Hundestrände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns, wir kommen sicher wieder!!! Traumhaft! Cons: Es hat uns alles gefallen!

Top Lage mit schöner Aussicht

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage zwischen Sirmione und Desencano um mit dem Fahrrad schnell mal auf ein Glas Wein in einer der 2 Städte zu fahren . Großes Plus in diesem Jahr war die Tiefgarage welche unser Auto vor den Tennisball großen Hagelkörnern bewahrt hat . Groß genug auch noch für 4 Fahrräder . Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit schönen Pool . Danke für die schöne Zeit .
