We always stay here when we come to Gruene. The location is the absolute best for all activities around the village. Moreover, the pool is a huge bonus as well as the oversized balcony. Furthermore, the condo is super clean and the host, Elisa, is very nice and will take care anything related to the condo in a moments notice.

The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to Gruene Hall and The Gristmill, etc. It has river access, and a pool right outside the condo. Huge balcony to sit out and enjoy the river. I took off 1 star because our family found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable- especially in the master bedroom. We also had lots of trouble getting the living room TV to work - even after following the instructions provided. Other than that, the condo was fantastic. Clean and a great location!

The location is amazing ! Being able to walk half a block in the morning for the best coffee or listen to a band and have a cocktail made for a different adventure each day. Great shopping. The pool is right out the front door, which is great. On the small side but refreshing. The beds were comfortable, I just wish the main bedroom had a king size bed in it. Overall we had a good time.
