Our large Schwalbenhof farm is located in the Unterspreewald, in an old, idyllic circular village with about 90 residents. Sagritz is part of the Unterspreewald administrative district and refers to a settlement situated behind a hill. The Gurken Cycle Trail and the Dahme-Mühlen Cycle Trail intersect less than 100 metres from the Schwalbenhof. In the village centre, there is a playground and a large fire station.

Behind the barn is our holiday home (Das Schwalbennest); it is over 300 years old and was once used as a retirement home for the elderly. This idyllically situated half-timbered house is fully equipped and can accommodate 7 people. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. The grounds offer plenty of space to relax; you can unwind on our 10,000 square metres. Right in front of your holiday home is our barbecue area, and the large lawn is perfect for lounging. Garden furniture is available in the garden and on the property, and our gazebo and the many trees provide shade on hot summer days. At sunrise, you can easily spot roe deer and fallow deer, and the cranes are already making their first flights. From the garden, you have a sweeping view across the meadows to the forest. We are Spreewalders through and through with a long tradition—our family has lived in Sagritz for over 300 years. We warmly welcome you.
