The house is situated on a beautiful natural plot on the edge of the river la Calonne. The cosy lapping of the water invites you to enjoy sunny afternoons and atmospheric summer evenings. Take a seat on the spacious terrace or on the sun loungers or play a game of table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor space for young and old, as well as your beloved four-legged friends, but keep small children close to the water.
The lovely sandy beaches of Deauville and Trouville are just a short drive away. Spend some great days playing mini-golf or sailing and discover the Cider Route, the idyllic landscapes of the Pays d'Auge and the Normandy of the Impressionists.
