The holiday home is located right on the beach!<br><br>Cosy single-roof house just behind the dike in Burhave<br><br>This single-roof house, completely renovated in 2022, is located in a quiet holiday home community—right behind the dike and just under 500 metres from the North Sea. Its location between the North Sea lagoon and the popular Spielscheune in Burhave is ideal for couples and families.<br>Floor Plan & Amenities<br><br>With approximately 68 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house accommodates up to 6 people:<br><br>Ground Floor: The cosy living room with a wood-burning stove invites you to relax, even on stormy days or in winter. It also features a high-quality pull-out sofa (160 cm wide—recommended: ideal for shorter stays). The adjoining dining area seats up to 6 people, including a high chair. The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. A bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, toilet, and washing machine, rounds out the ground floor.<br><br>Upper floor: Here you’ll find a second bathroom—this time with a bathtub. There are also two bedrooms here: one with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a versatile children’s room with two single beds (80 cm each, extendable to 160 cm).<br><br>Entertainment & Technology<br><br>Plenty of board games, a stereo system, and two smart TVs (in the living room and one bedroom) ensure top-notch entertainment. Apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are pre-installed on the TVs (access requires your own login credentials; no cable or satellite TV). Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the house.<br><br>Property & Outdoor Area<br><br>The approximately 300 m² property, surrounded by hedges, offers plenty of privacy. A private parking space, including a wallbox for electric cars, is located right next to the house. The spacious garden with two terraces is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
