This historic building, once the Kurhaus in Kühlungsborn, was rebuilt in 2000 modelled on the original Kurhaus. The “Haus Meeresblick” holiday apartment complex combines turn-of-the-century seaside resort architecture with modern design. The newly built and generously furnished holiday apartments are located directly on the sea, and some offer an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. You can spend your holiday in modern, well-equipped holiday apartments ranging from 45 to 60 square metres in size. The building features a café, lifts, underground parking, a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a trash room (please separate your trash!).

Head up high and enjoy the view over the Baltic Sea: This holiday apartment is located on the fifth floor and offers 50 m² of space for up to three people. You’re just a few steps away from the fine sandy beach.

The cosy living area with a sleeper sofa and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. The adjoining kitchenette is practically equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

A special highlight is the east-facing loggia with a view of the sea. It’s a wonderful place to start the day with a cup of coffee, while the fresh Baltic Sea air creates that genuine holiday feeling.

Two separate sleeping areas offer pleasant places to retreat—a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy sleeping area in the attic. The shower room complements the cosy living atmosphere.

Just 10 metres from the beach, you’ll stay in a modernly furnished 3-room holiday apartment. The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the 5th floor. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, cable TV, radio with CD player, dining area (dining table and 4 chairs), and a kitchenette. From the east-facing loggia, you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe; the second bedroom is located in the attic. The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, two-burner stove, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, completes the apartment.
