House Kühlung WE 9: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the hallway and living room is laminate wood; the bedroom has vinyl design flooring; and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway with a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The bright and welcoming living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard with glass-fronted cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 5 m² balcony (facing south and west) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. In addition, there is a small relaxation area with a comfortable recliner and footstool, as well as another TV.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for two more people.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, makeup mirror, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and plenty of storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s hallway.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your holiday rental (approx. 150 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
