Wie war die Unterkunft?

Wie soll man eine Unterkunft bewerten wenn man eine halbe Stunde nach Ankunft die Information bekommt, das man diese wieder räumen muss da sie storniert wurde wegen einer Doppelbuchung. Uns wurde eine Frist gesetzt von 10 Minuten das Appartement zu räumen da die neuen Mieter bereits kurz vor der Ankunft sind und ein regelrechter Telefonterror betrieben wurde ob wir denn nun endlich raus sind. Der Kontakt zur Agentur funktionierte nur auf Englisch und die Infos zum Objekt, wie z.b. die Schlüsselübergabe, das W-LAN Passwort und und und nur nach stundenlangen hinterher telefonieren dann endlich bei uns eingetroffen sind. Uns wurde weder eine alternative oder sonstige Hilfe angeboten, ein einfaches „tut uns leid“ war alles was wir bekommen haben. Nachdem wir dann ca. 1 Stunde auf dem Parkplatz vorm Objekt eine neue Unterkunft gesucht haben, sind wir fündig geworden und unser Aufenthalt war nach dieser Eskapade dann zum Glück wunderschön.
