Pitaya – Estudio acogedor muy céntrico con acceso al lago

Acogedor studio para 2
adultos o 2 adultos y 2 niños menores de 12 años. Cuenta con baño privado completo, cocineta que incluye un microhondas, mini refri, horno tostador, churrasquera tipo hibachi, 2 hornillas eléctricas y cafetera. Tiene solo vista al Volcán de San Pedro que se observa en las fotos. En días nublados no se ven. Tiene acceso directo al lago por un corto sendero.

Es un studio con un ambiente muy acogedor
perfecto para 2 adultos y 2 niños de aproximadamente 30 metros cuadrados que incluye baño privado un desayunador y una cocineta. Tiene un espacio exterior que es privado que es un patio emparedado con un jardín y su propia entrada que lo conduce por un sendero de 30 mts a la orilla del lago. Se localiza a 5 minutos del pueblo y restaurantes y 3 minutos del muelle público.Hay un guardián en la propiedad que le proporciona seguridad . El studio tiene completa privacidad.

Acceso de los huéspedes
Tiene una entrada compartida desde la playa por un sendero de 30 mts . Tiene su propia entrada privada.

Otros aspectos a destacar
El acogedor patio jardín con vista del volcán San Pedro que se ve en días claros y puede utilizarse para trabajar, desayunar o meditar. No se ve el lago pero si tiene acceso a la orilla del lago. Por estar en la parte Urbana pueden haber ruidos externos como en todos los pueblos y ciudades de Guatemala.
