Beautiful, cosy 1 1/2 room flat -65 m2- divided into living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds, sleeping alcove, separated by curtain with 2 beds, cosy seating area with sofa, armchair and lounge table, desk, dining table with corner bench, TV. Separate kitchen: oven/grill, hatch, dishwasher. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony with beautiful view of the Lej da Champfér and the Engadine mountains.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Gli appartamenti si trovano in una posizione magnifica per chi vuole fare sport o stare all'aria aperta. Non è necessario utilizzare l'automobile perchè tutto ciò che serve è raggiungibile a piedi, in bicicletta o coi mezzi pubblici. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti, ordinati e dotati di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Un comodo ascensore, dotato di carrelli portabagagli, collega tutti i piani con il garage e i locali per il deposito bici, sci, scarponi, ecc.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein paar Tage zu viert plus Hund bei schlechtem Wetter waren kein Problem. Besonders schön ist der Balkon, herrliche Aussicht! Auch die Möglichkeit der Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt.
