Welcome to your getaway - a stunning high-end seaside retreat that promises the ultimate luxury experience. THIS AWARD WINNING 2024 HOME OF THE YEAR features 4 beautifully designed bedrooms accomodating up to 10 guests. Relax in the private hot tub while enjoying breathtaking ocean views or gather in the spacious living areas for unforgettable moments with family and friends. Steps from the beach, this property is the perfect escape for those seeking relaxation & adventure.The master bedroom features a super-king bed and ensuite The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th bedroom boasts an exquisitely designed bunk room with a double bed and two single beds. This level has a second main bathroom and a laundry.

The third level is the affectionately known as the Crows Nest. It is a sitting room with panoramic views looking out to Kauwau Island, the beach and surrounding.

This is a classic coastal home designed to make the most of sea breezes. While there is no air-conditioning, the house has windows positioned throughout to create natural cross-breezes, and fans are provided in every room. Being just metres from the water, evenings are often cooler and comfortable with windows open.


There are 3 parking spaces available. Two beside the house and one in Park 30 as you come into the property. There is also visitor parking.

Our 5 year old loved the spa, our two year old loved the bunks and all the sensor lights as he walked around.We have had a wonderful few days relaxing in this amazing house. Glad we found it for our little getaway.Communication with Colleen was fast and efficient. Would be amazing in the summer season and we will be back.Beach was great for the boys. They both cried this morning leaving asking when we will be back
