Fantastic vacation home for 6 people with private pool in Mayorazgo

Villa Chibanias is a dream home furnished with great attention to detail, set on a 2,500-square-meter lot with a private swimming pool in a very quiet location about 4 kilometres from the town of Conil.

Upon entering the house, you step directly onto a beautiful patio furnished with benches, chairs, and a table, from which all the rooms branch off. Immediately to the left is a large, semi-open living-dining room featuring a built-in sofa, cosy wicker chairs, and a large dining table. It can be closed off from the patio with automatic roller shutters.

From there, you enter another dining room and, almost seamlessly, the fully equipped kitchen. Right next to it is the house’s main living room, which also serves as a library. You’ll find a large collection of books in many different languages, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a stereo system.

The first bedroom, furnished with two single beds pushed together (each 90 cm wide), is off the living room. Adjacent to it is an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The two other bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, are accessed via the patio. One has a double bed (150 cm) and the second has two single beds (90 cm each). Thanks to their layout, these rooms offer you the opportunity to retreat to a quiet space when needed.

Two bedrooms feature walk-in closets, and the third bedroom, with a double bed, has a closet.

Air conditioning is available in all rooms except the bathrooms, and in-house Wi-Fi is provided.

Outside the house, the large, well-maintained garden beckons with cactus beds set among white gravel paths and a lawn, as well as various seating areas. The large pool area, featuring a 10 x 5-meter fenced-in private pool and an adjacent brick barbecue area, completes this little holiday paradise.

One beach towel per person is provided.

Location: The house is located in Mayorazgo, between Conil and El Colorado, in the middle of a pine forest. If you’re looking for peace and quiet even in the height of summer, this is the perfect spot. The nearby beaches, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ drive away.
