The apartment, with its 28-square-meter balcony terrace, invites you to linger on balmy summer evenings while enjoying the view of the greenery. In winter, you can relax in your private sauna after a walk on the beach. Underfloor heating in the living-dining area and in the bathroom ensures cosy warmth.

The bedroom, featuring electrically adjustable comfort beds, back-friendly mattresses, blackout blinds, and gauze-covered windows, ensures a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and steam cooker, among other appliances.
A safe protects your valuables. A 3D TV with internet access is available in both the living room and the bedroom.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a sauna. You can conveniently and securely park your car in your own underground parking space located inside the building. You can use 2 brand-name bicycles for excursions in the surrounding area during your stay. There’s a great place for breakfast right around the corner.
