Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, vi assicuriamo che la proprietà viene pulita professionalmente prima di ogni check-in ed in caso di necessità incoraggiamo gli ospiti a contattarci durante il loro soggiorno per fornire ulteriore assistenza. Ci spiace che tu non l'abbia fatto.
Ci spiace sapere che abbiate avuto difficoltà a localizzare la casa anche perchè i dettagli sulla posizione esatta vi sono stati inviati prima del vostro arrivo. Il proprietario di casa era anche presente al vostro arrivo per assistervi Purtroppo vi siete fraintesi.
Per quanto riguarda il problema della caldaia, abbiamo agito immediatamente chiamando un tecnico che ha risolto il problema il giorno stesso. Anche se la proprietà è stata ripristinata alla piena funzionalità, rispettiamo la vostra decisione di andarvene e siamo davvero dispiaciuti che questo abbia influito sul vostro soggiorno.
