The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood nestled in the foothills of Bald Mountain, just two miles outside of downtown Ketchum. You'll be within walking distance of some of the best outdoor activities in the country, with hiking, biking, and skiing less than a mile from your front door.

With vaulted ceilings, rock finishes, and giant floor-to-ceiling windows, this home has an inviting, rustic aesthetic reminiscent of a mountain ski lodge. A wraparound deck and a large stone patio offer plenty of room to soak in the great outdoors, and the private hot tub is a great way to warm up on chilly nights. Tucked back amongst the trees, you'll feel like you're miles away from civilization.

The huge stone hearth forms the centerpiece of the living room. Break out the game table to establish the newest family board game champion, or choose a film from the extensive DVD library for a cozy night in. Armchairs and sofas provide comfortable space for everyone!

The Ketchum area is filled with numerous biking and walking trails, and the nearby Challenger lift can have you at the top of Bald Mountain in just 10 minutes. Additionally, a free shuttle to Sun Valley stops every half hour just 500 feet down the road from the house, which means you can grab your skis and be out on the runs in no time.

Great location, space and hot tub!

Really great to be so close to the mountain, the dining chairs need a little work, the organization of things could use some work - overall a little face lift but generally a wonderful place to stay.

Warm Springs Ski House

Great property. Well outfitted and extremely comfortable. One minute drive to Warm Springs lifts and parking. Stove and oven were good. Some minor additions might be a few non stick pans, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed and knives were reasonably sharp. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Would rent there again.

Great location. The house size and spaces were adequately described in the write up. The property was tired, especially the furniture and the cabinets. The biggest complaint we had was in customer service. We had a problem with hot tub sanitation, and they told us they would be by to correct it for three days and never did. We ask for a partial refund, but have not heard from them.

However, we are truly sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with the furniture, cabinets, and especially the hot tub sanitation during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for maintenance to address the hot tub concerns and to feel that your requests were not fully resolved. Please know that our local team takes these matters seriously. They confirmed that maintenance was completed on September 13th, prior to your arrival, and again on September 17th. During these visits, chlorine levels were tested and found to be within the appropriate range, and no additional chemicals were added. Given this, we are unable to offer a refund related to the hot tub sanitation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding. Your feedback about the furniture and cabinets has been shared with our local team to help improve future guest experiences. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We really enjoyed this Sun Valley home

We really enjoyed the size and location of this Sun Valley home. The multiple bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms made it easy for a multi family stay. The house is older, but certainly functional.

lots of room in the home and great amenities including hot tub (loved it) and owners left bikes for us to use. Note, the main portion of the home is very dated and dark (we had the lights on all day). Fabulous patio under the pine trees.

Clean, but...

Location was good and it was clean, but it could use a major renovation. It is very early 70s late 80s. Very squeaky floors. But, the hot tub was a very nice touch.

Warm springs home away from home

We really loved the location and size of the property. Everything worked. We weren't there much, we were mainly out doing activities, but the time spent there was very comfortable.

Not like Pictures

This property was a disappointment. The pictures were far different from what iIt actually looked like. It is very worn out and dirty. There were mouse droppings in the master bedroom. The heating and cooling was inconsistent where the house was extremely hot or ice cold. None of the walks had been shoveled and were iced over. There was clutter all over the place. The garage was filthy to the point where we couldn’t even put our car in it. Keep looking if you want something that is updated, clean, and maintained.

We are sorry to read you were disappointed with your stay. Mouse traps have been set, and we will continue to monitor for droppings. There was a heavy melt and freeze during your stay; we did struggle to keep up with clearing all the walkways for our properties in a timely fashion and apologize this negatively impacted you. The walkways are all clear now, and there is a bag of ice melt at the property for guest use. We have moved some items around in the garage to help it be more usable. Thank you for staying with us!
