You’ll feel right at home in this beautiful 3-room ground-floor holiday apartment. Up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here in approximately 60 m².

The open-concept living/dining and kitchen area forms the heart of the apartment. Here, the family can gather on the large, cosy couch with a flat-screen TV or around the dining table to play games together. Connect to the free Wi-Fi to stay in touch even while on holiday. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can treat your loved ones to homemade delicacies. On your own furnished terrace, you can hear and smell the sea! In the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, you can relax after an eventful day of holiday and recharge for the next day. The second bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200), a closet, and an additional TV. The brightly tiled shower room rounds out the amenities of this beautiful holiday rental and even includes a washing machine.

The beach is just a few minutes away. An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you. In addition to the washing machine in the holiday rental, there is a shared laundry room in the building with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed here.

Alles super , Sonntags stellten wir fest das die Kaffeemaschiene kaputt war hatte angerufen und keine Stunde später wurde eine neue gebracht . Dankeschön ! Der Urlaub die Unterkunft die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Kommen gerne nochmal wieder . Alles Top kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Im Vermietungsbüro alle sehr nett und Hilfsbereit .

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung, weil sie uns schon letztes Jahr gut gefallen hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Weg zur Ostsee kurz. Die Wohnung ist mit 60 qm recht großzügig, Wir werden gern wiederkommen. Danke auch für die immer freundliche Schlüsselübergabe/Rücknahme.

Küche gut eingerichtet. in den Betten konnte man auch wunderbar schlafen. dir eine schrankhälfte ist verschlossen warum auch immer. waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort in der Wohnung.

Es handelt sich um eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung ist, sehr bequem! Leider gibt es auch etwas zu beanstanden: Die Topper auf den Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer haben wir als sehr weich empfunden. Im Schlafzimmer lagen jeweils im Doppelbett 2 Matratzen übereinander. ?? Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, was sich auch in einigen Details zur Begrüßung zeigt ( Gummibärchen, Spültücher gefaltet usw.). Beide Schlazimmer haben eien Größe, in der man sich auch noch gut bewegen kann. Die Matratzen waren für uns ein bisschen zu weich. Die technische Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig.
