Pagosa Springs and the San Juan Mountains have activities all year, including warm-weather fun like mountain biking, fishing, paddle boarding, golfing, and hiking. Winter activities include sledding, tubing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, which has 'The most snow in Colorado,' with 430 natural inches of snowfall annually. Villa Moreno is also near the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, downtown, grocery stores, and the world-class hot springs along the San Juan River.

Villa Moreno is a single-story home with open-concept living and high-quality furnishings. Gather around the gas fireplace and play games. Or use your account log-ins to stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV, with a soundbar and high-speed WiFi for enjoying movie nights. The immaculate, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large island open to the living room is an entertainer's delight and is equipped with all the latest conveniences. The home met all our needs. Very comfortable and quiet. We saw mule deer, fox and lots of snow geese. The sunsets were incredible in the hot tub. The weather was so nice and wish we could bring back to Texas. Good job hosts and we will be back!
