Speaking of the living room, this inviting space boasts high-quality decor, a gas fireplace, and a TV, offering a wonderful spot to gather with your loved ones. Hi Jody, thank you for your feedback. We want to assure you that our staff inspects the unit thoroughly before and after each guest’s stay. Guests are informed at check-in to contact the on-site team for any maintenance needs, and we are always happy to assist and resolve any issues promptly. Regarding your concerns, the kitchen is fully stocked as shown in the listing photos. We have checked all the TVs, and they are operating normally. The dryer was tested and is functioning properly, though it does get warm inside during use. The carpet is a fluffy white as pictured; while there is some wear in high-traffic areas, it remains in good condition overall. The toilet seat was a bit loose and has been tightened. All reported issues have been addressed.

Breck stay April 2025

Property may be ski-in ski-out during the winter, but by the time we arrived (Apr 25-30) that was far from the case. Unit was well-equipped and clean. Mattresses were firm and comfortable. Unfortunately, VRBO sought to impose an additional charge which was not disclosed before the stay. Be alert to this overreach.
