Discover the incomparable beauty of Lake Maggiore from our holiday home! To the east you can see far beyond Ascona, to the south far into Italy, while the Brissago Islands greet you directly at your feet.
Our small holiday home has two flats, the upper one is available for rent. It is ideal for two, maximum four holiday guests. The holiday flat is reasonably priced, as you bring your own bed linen and take care of the final cleaning. It is practically furnished and fully equipped to ensure you have a carefree stay. The living room is furnished with a dining table, four chairs, two upholstered armchairs that function as single beds, a side table, wardrobe and a TV with satellite reception. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and various coffee machines as well as a raclette and fondue set - everything you need for culinary delights. The bedroom has two single beds, a wall-mounted wardrobe and a chest of drawers, while the bathroom with two washbasins, WC and shower leaves nothing to be desired.
The outdoor area entices with a balcony that spans the entire lake side. Equipped with a table and chairs, it is the perfect place to spend unforgettable hours enjoying the marvellous view over the lake. There is also a private lawn with sun loungers, which will delight both sun worshippers and those seeking shade.
The Casa is located just south of the beautiful village centre of Ronco in a quiet and well-kept area. You can park your car in a public car park * on Via Fontana Martina, from where you can reach the house by climbing down 120 😘 steps - a little sporting adventure.
* The public car parks in Ronco are subject to charges from Monday morning to Saturday evening. You can therefore use a card for free parking throughout the municipality.
