The two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 4th floor and is furnished for two adults and two children.
The apartment features a north/west-facing balcony offering a beautiful side view of the Baltic Sea.
The open-concept living/bedroom area features a cosy seating area with a TV chair and a flat-screen TV, as well as a modern double bed with high-quality mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m). The room is equipped with blackout curtains.
Also included is a dining area and an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The children’s room has two single beds (1.90 x 0.80 m). The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.
The building has a coin-operated sauna, a bicycle storage room, and bicycle parking is available in front of the building. The apartment building also has an lift and coin-operated washing machine and dryer. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment includes an outdoor parking space. Dogs are not permitted here. Starting at 01.10.2025, one dog is welcome in this apartment. Wi-Fi is included.

Sauna hours: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as all holidays, from 18:00 - 22:00

This modern holiday home is situated on a hill in a prime location, just a few steps from the fine-sand beach, the beautiful, newly redesigned promenade, charming cafes, cosy restaurants, and the nearby spa park with a mini-golf course and tennis courts. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

The house features a small wellness area with a sauna, a plunge pool, and a relaxation room. Guests can relax here on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 p.m. A washing machine and dryer are also available to guests for a fee, as well as a table tennis room.
In addition, the property offers underground parking spaces and outdoor parking spots.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
