This beautiful 3-room newly built apartment (60 sqm) in Scharbeutz is centrally located, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea and the Dünenmeile with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés. The Kurpark is also within walking distance.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is easily accessible by lift. Amenities include a cosy living room with a sofa, a smart TV, a radio, and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a combination microwave and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee maker. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The apartment also has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and the guest/children’s room has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) with a safety rail. Both rooms also have a flat-screen TV. The apartment is rounded out by a beautiful balcony.

The rooms can be darkened with exterior blinds (except for the living room side); pleated blinds are also installed on the windows. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. The apartment is non-smoking. Dogs are not permitted.

A bicycle storage room is available (go down the stairs or take the lift, then turn right through two doors—one of which is locked but can be opened with a key). The parking space in the carport is located directly behind the house.
Starting in 2022, there will be a dedicated charging station for electric cars (35.00 euros per week or portion thereof) available for guests' use.
