We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

The apartment is situated right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

3-room duplex holiday apartment in Scharbeutz on the 4th floor (lift in the building) in a prime location with an east-facing balcony and a fantastic ocean view.
The living room offers guests a corner couch, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a dining area for 4 people. The open kitchenette is also integrated here, featuring a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with separate freezer, and a microwave-oven combination. From here, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

The first bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom (a loft-style bedroom) is accessible from the living area via a staircase and also features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. Both the living room and the two bedrooms have laminate flooring. A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the apartment’s amenities.

The building has a bicycle storage room.
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for a fee in the building.
Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

A parking space at the building and a bike storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric car charging station is available in the car park. Use of the charging station can be booked as an optional service for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging is available via a QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is 0.60 € per kWh (as of April 2026)

On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna
Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00. There are no additional charges for their use.


Complex:

This family-friendly holiday home features an lift and is just a stone’s throw away from the expansive, fine-sand beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, and—not to be forgotten—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.
On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–Dec. 15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest car park at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
