Eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Vielen lieben Dank! Eine Waschmaschine, die im Gebäude oder in der Wohnung mitbenutzt werden könnte, wäre gerade für Familien wichtig. Die Türen im Treppenhaus lassen sich sehr schwer öffnen. Der Wohnungsschlüssel lässt sich schwer aus den Schlössern herausziehen, vor allem bei den Mülltonnen. Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wäre schön gewesen.
