Strandglück Appartement 3C

The comfortable two-room apartment “Kleines Strandglück” in Scharbeutz is located on the ground floor of Building C in the “Strandglück” holiday complex, just about 100 metres from the beach and only a few steps away from the pedestrian promenade and the spa park.

In the living area, you’ll find a dining area for three people, a high-quality sleeper sofa, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker (Senseo Switch, a combination machine for filters and pods). For entertainment, there is an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray and DVD player, and a compact stereo system with internet radio and an iPod/USB docking station. Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge.
The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), another internet-enabled flat-screen TV, and a clock radio. All windows in the apartment have pleated blinds and motorised roller shutters.
The modern shower room with toilet is equipped with a hair dryer and a towel warmer.
On the southwest-facing terrace with a seating area and a beach chair, you can enjoy the sun from noon into the evening hours. And if the sun gets too strong, simply extend the awning. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

For the 2026 season, a beach chair will be available to you in beach section 14 from May 1 through September 15.
An underground parking space is available and can be reached quickly by lift or stairs (please note the maximum clearance height of 1.90 m in the underground garage). The apartment’s lockable basement (accessible via the underground garage) offers a secure place to store bicycles.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this allergy-friendly apartment.

The lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
