The balcony faces southeast and is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.

The modern kitchenette is seamlessly integrated into the space and features an oven, microwave, refrigerator with built-in freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining table has room for the whole family.

Through the hallway, you’ll reach the high-quality shower room and the modern bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm); a cot is available. Exterior blinds and a Smart TV.

The 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as the 5 penthouses, are a sought-after holiday destination for our guests travelling to Lübeck Bay! The brick-clad building features large windows that let plenty of light into the apartments. Every apartment rented to holidaymakers through our agency has a balcony or terrace.
For the active travellers among you, bicycles—which, of course, need a break now and then—can be parked inside or next to the building.
Either the apartment has its own basement storage room, or an outdoor bike parking area is available for guests!

In almost all of the apartments managed by our agency, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.

To avoid the famous “parking spot hunt” for your car near the beach in the summer, our guests can park their cars next to or inside the building.
Depending on which apartment is booked, it comes with either an outdoor parking spot or an underground parking spot. Of course, an lift is part of the building’s modern amenities.

The ground-floor apartments feature small private gardens behind their terraces. Enjoy living to the sound of the ocean!
The beach is only about 50 metres away!
Shopping options are within easy walking distance, and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 1 km away. Niendorf Harbour is less than 1.5 km away. Stroll along the promenade, visit the cafés with ocean views, and don’t miss out on one of the most beautiful spots in Lübeck Bay—whether in summer or winter!
