From here, it’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach and only a few metres to the numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques, lounges, and, of course, the Dünenmeile with branches of Gosch and Café Wichtig.<br><br>Our apartment is in a very quiet location and offers comfortable, fully equipped accommodation, including a beautiful living-dining area, a cosy couch for relaxing, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery. Start your morning by enjoying a fresh cup of coffee on the spacious, southwest-facing wooden deck, which is furnished with patio furniture, a beach chair, and an awning. Enjoy the sun well into the evening.<br><br>The small bedroom features a double bed (160x200), electric exterior blinds, and a spacious closet. A travel cot, high chair, and safety gate can be provided free of charge.<br><br>A modern, high-quality bathroom with a window awaits you, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. A hair dryer is provided.<br><br>The holiday rental is located on the church grounds and has a separate entrance. A parking space ensures secure parking for your car. You can also store any bicycles you bring here. A washing machine and dryer are located in the communal basement.<br><br>A final cleaning fee of 70.00 € plus the seasonal visitor’s tax are not included in the rental price. Payment for the final cleaning and the visitor’s tax must be transferred 8 days before arrival.
