Hello and welcome to Apartment Monusse Boid No. 18! This comfortable 2-room apartment is located on the top floor of the Monusse Boid residential complex. The apartment features modern Alpine-style furnishings that radiate warmth and coziness. It perfectly captures the spirit of Pfronten and the Allgäu Alps—in harmony with nature! The open-concept living-dining area, with its large panoramic windows, invites you to cook, read, enjoy a coffee or an aperitif, or simply unwind. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. In the bedroom, a cozy double bed awaits you, and the large panoramic window lets the sun wake you up in the morning. From the balcony, you can observe and enjoy the Pfronten mountain scenery in all its varied beauty at any time of day. In the light-filled bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in rain shower and two sinks, you can start your day on a relaxed note. An absolute highlight is the private ski storage room, available to you during the winter. Here you’ll find a ski boot heater, a ski rack, and a coat rack.

Completed in October 2019, this complex offers 10 unique, top-of-the-line vacation apartments in a stunning location in Pfronten-Ösch. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground parking garage. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments through the underground parking garage. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height of the underground garage is 2.00 m. You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
