A bautiful retreat directly on the Long Island Sound with ocean views as centerpiece of all living areas and 3/4 bedrooms. Living room has high vaulted ceilings and a sunken seating area by the fireplace. The backyard has a wide wood deck and a pool that appears to drop right into the ocean. An overlook deck extends toward the water for watching the sunset or hosting a sunset dinner. Direct and private access to the water. “14-day minimum required by local regulation”.

If you need to stay productive, there is a desk in 2 of the bedrooms and a dedicated home office, making it easy to balance work and relaxation.

Bedrooms

The layout is designed so that the ocean is the centerpiece three of the four bedrooms , allowing you to wake up to the sight of the sunrise. The primary suite is particularly spacious, offering a quiet, private escape with a 180-degree panorama of the horizon.

Outdoor & Beach

The exterior is truly a private resort. The large wooden deck surrounds a pristine pool that appears to drop right into the ocean. For the best seat in the house, walk out to "The Overlook"—a private deck that sits directly over the shoreline. Best of all, you have direct access to our private beach. You can walk straight from the lawn onto the sand, making it easy to go back and forth between the pool and the Sound all day long.

Convenient Parking
No need to worry about the logistics of multiple cars. We have a 2-car attached garage plus a wide driveway that fits 4 additional vehicles, so everyone in your group has a spot.
