Born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island, I enjoyed going to the beaches in Bayville every weekend with my family.
After living in California for the last 30+ years, we wanted to have a place to come back to from time to time and share our home and area with others.
Why they chose this property
I love the shops and restaurants in Bayville, neighboring towns of Oyster Bay and Locust Valley, and many other great villages on the North Shore and Long Island Sound. A short drive to historical and nature locations, or nearby Long Island railroad to go to New York City, Fire Island, Montauk, and the Hamptons.
What makes this property unique
This 100 year old remodeled beach bungalow is walking distance to the beach or view of the harbor, and close to anything you need from grocery stores, drugstores, hardware, stores, kayak rentals.
