The “Sandburg” apartment has a living area of 63 square metres and is available for rent year-round. This exclusive, non-smoking apartment accommodates 4 people in 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living-dining room with TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, and a balcony with patio furniture facing the sea. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop with oven, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.) and a bathroom with natural light, shower, and toilet.

The municipality of Breege / Juliusruh has announced that the streets “Ringstraße” and “Am Waldwinkel” will be renovated from mid-October 2025 through the end of May 2026.

As described, there will be restrictions during the construction period. Unfortunately, the timeline for the construction phases has not been specified in detail.
The work will be carried out under full road closure. Access to the properties on foot can be guaranteed throughout the entire construction period. Vehicle access to the properties will be limited.
