The host was fantastic! He was there when we got there to show us around, where to find supplies, etc. The grill was really nice,there was a nice fire pit with chairs and cornhole. The beds were comfortable and the whole property was very clean. I would not recommend this place if you are staying with a large group and planning to be inside the whole time. We had a party of 10, and the living space inside was a bit cramped, but the 2 bedrooms had enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and sprawl out. There are boat and ski-doo rentals on site, so this would be a PERFECT place to stay if you were getting a boat and going to be on the water all day, then come home for dinner, a fire and bed! The back yard is fenced in and private, which was nice for the kids!There is not really a good place to swim on site, due to so many boats coming in and out, but there are plenty of swimming beaches close by (5 minute drive). The host was very accommodating, yet not intrusive. Also loved that the gas station was walking distance, there was a small ice cream shop connected with the gas station, and a pizza place next door, so lots of conveniences with this place that make up for the small living space! Would definitely stay again!
