The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard. Small pool for romping and playing.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 42 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and leads over an external stair and a 20 sqm terrace directly in the living room with doors to all rooms. Independent entrance to the apartment through two paved terraces. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, TV, gas stove (2 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Pula, Šikici district, 30 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The landlady has a cat.

Not available for children under 3 years, as the space is not suitable for toddlers. On the enclosed property there is also a larger gravel car park and there is enough space for children to play. The courtyard is full of flowers and I live with a small cat in the neighbouring house, which is why I only accept a female dog – a female dog. The apartment is far from the main roads and is located in a quiet place, surrounded by lots of greenery. View of the courtyard, meadows. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. The length of the access road is approx. 40 m right at the entrance to the estate, all roads are asphalted. In the smaller section, the access road is somewhat narrower.
