This beautiful stone house is located in Skicini, not far from Vodnjan and is ideal for a small family to discover together this beautiful corner of Istria. The interior is simple and practical, in the hot summer days you can refresh yourself in the swimming pool or you can relax while sunbathing.



Your vacation home is a real little vacation idyll. On your doorstep you can set out on bike tours, hikes, visit wineries or villages. The historic city of Pula, which is ideal for shopping and strolling, can be reached in only about 15 minutes drive.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die Einrichtung ist schlicht & modern, völlig ausreichend und gemütli

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die Einrichtung ist schlicht & modern, völlig ausreichend und gemütlich. Besonders viel Zeit haben wir auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht und liebten den gepflegten Garten. Perfekt für unsere Hündin! Man hat zu zweit ausreichend Platz, aber auch für 2 weitere Personen wäre eine Schlafmöglichkeit da gewesen. Auch die Couch ist ausziehbar. Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt, die Nachbarn sind nett & die Umgebung wahnsinnig ruhig, daher toll zur Erholung. Fahrzeit nach Pula Zentrum sind ca. 20 Minuten über Landstraße. An der Sauberkeit im Haus gab es für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Wir wurden freundlich & sogar mit Obst & Wein empfangen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke für alles. Lisa & Alex :)

Das Haus und die Möbel wirken sehr neu, das Bett ist sehr bequem und stabil. Das Haus ist in relativ ruhiger Umgebung und abgelegen von der Hauptstrasse. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden.Bei Ankunft waren ein Obstkorb, Bier, Wein & Wasser für uns bereit gestellt.Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die auf einem Nachbarsgrundstück wohnt.

A lovely quiet villa for a family of 3 or 4. A car is needed to get to some great sites , resorts & towns
