Spanning 102 m² across 3 floors, this holiday rental can accommodate 2 to 6 guests. It is located directly on a headland and offers a stunning view of the marina on one side. On the other side, you can look out onto the lock channel and watch the ships passing by on the Elbe. Completed in 2016, the house is now available for holiday rentals for the first time. It stands out for its luxurious amenities and stylish furnishings. In addition to a stunning view of the marina, guests can expect maritime living comfort at the highest level, including a sauna on the ground floor. Popular attractions in Cuxhaven, such as the “Alte Liebe” or the Old Fishing Harbour, are within easy walking distance. Thanks to its prime location, the house is the perfect holiday home for families, cyclists, sailors, and water sports enthusiasts.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment is not equipped with bed linens or towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Special Features
This holiday home in Cuxhaven offers guests two parking spaces (one directly in front of the house, one 100 m away) as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles, bike caravans, etc., located in front of the house. The storage room has an electrical socket, so e-bikes can also be charged here. A washing machine and dryer are provided. A high chair is available for our youngest guests. With its fantastic waterfront location, this holiday rental in Cuxhaven is the perfect getaway for cyclists, sailors, and water sports enthusiasts.

Balcony/Terrace
From the living area on the ground floor, guests can access the terrace, which is furnished with a large extendable table and six chairs. On the rooftop terrace on the second floor, guests can make themselves comfortable on lounge furniture that can be arranged in any combination. Both the ground-floor terrace and the rooftop terrace offer a beautiful view of the marina. The additional smaller terrace facing the opposite side of the harbour is furnished with two chairs and a small table and is ideal, for example, for a light breakfast.
Of course, you’re free to use the chairs however you like.

Mooring in the harbour
If you’d like to holiday with your boat right outside the door, you can rent a mooring (subject to availability) in the adjacent recreational boat harbour. Please contact us separately regarding this. We’ll then provide you with the harbour master’s contact information.

Our holiday homes at City-Marina Cuxhaven can accommodate up to 6 people and feature three separate bedrooms in spaces measuring 102 square metres or 132 square metres. Each holiday home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
