The house is located in Döse on the border with Duhnen; the beach is about 750 m away. Shopping options (bakery, Aldi, drink store) are right in the area.

Modern holiday home on the North Sea—big enough for up to 6 people! Your dog is also welcome here.

This townhouse, with its cosy terrace and private garden, offers everything you need for your holiday in about 75 m² of living space: The upper floor features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the lower floor has another bathroom, the living room with an open kitchen, and an utility room with a washing machine. The top of the staircase is secured with a permanently installed stair gate., If you’re in the mood for some cosy warmth, you can light the pellet stove. When the sun provides the perfect warmth, you can relax in a beach chair on the terrace. Wi-Fi is included in your stay. A parking space is reserved for your car right in front of the house. You can also securely park your bicycles there. The beach is about 750 m away and easily accessible on foot, and the nearest shopping options are right next door.

Die Wohnung ist wie ein kleines Reihenhaus und liegt direkt neben einem Aldi. Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Strand ist auch nicht weit. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber das war für uns perfekt. Wenn wir etwas Trubel haben wollten sind wir einfach auf der Strandpromenade nach Duhnen gelaufen. Was uns absolut nicht gefallen hat, das Hunde auf der Strandpromenade verboten sind.

Sehr schöne, gut gepflegte Unterkunft, leider etwas hellhörig.Küche vollständig ausgestattet.Check -in um 16 Uhr finde ich sehr spät. Vor allem, wenn mich um 13 Uhr eine Mail erreicht, dass die Unterkunft jetzt bezugsfertig ist, ich aber noch 3 Stunden Autofahrt vom Zielort entfernt bin.

Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden. In wenigen Gehminuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle, am Strand und an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus hatte alles was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt, die Betten sind bequem (auch wenn sie beim ersten Mal drauf legen wirklich sehr arg knarren), die Bäder ausreichend groß, sodass man auch zu 6 nach einem Strandtag schnell mit Duschen durchkommt wir würden wieder kommen

Das Ferienhaus war super sauber, modern und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Service ist hervorragend. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Fernseher, es kam sofort jemand und hat es behoben. Der eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Hund optimal. Die Lage ist top, nahe Aldi und Bäcker. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vom 11.5.-18.5. hatten wir nur Sonnenschein und Wind.
