ein Besen in der Wohnung wäre zu empfehlen,desweiteren ist die Toilettengarnitur zu klein und rutscht jedesmal zur Seite was sehr unangenehm ist,das Einzelbett hat eine viel zu dünne Matratze ,denn dort liegen starre Bretter statt Lattenrost sodass schlafen zur qual wird.Sehr störend sind die Fenstergitter welche nicht zu öffnen sind und man nicht wirklich einen schönen weitblick übers Land hat.Heizkörper die Geräusche,klopfen sind nicht angenehm und der Kühlschrank brummt durchgehend .

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ganz schön gemacht. Man darf nur nicht Lärm empfindlich sein.Die Straße ist in der Nacht und am Morgen so extrem laut und leider liegt das Schlafzimmer nach vorne. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern von 11 und 17 Jahren dort und für ein Kind konnten wir nur eine Matratze auf den Boden legen zum Schlafen. Weil das beschriebene Ausziehbett keins war. Der Garten ist sehr schön nur bräuchte er mal ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit. Trotz der Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Vorab, Wir haben uns in Nordsee Flair wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub mit Hund an der Nordsee genossen. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, ansonsten war alles was man brauchte vorhanden. Der Garten war sehr schön, gut umzäunt und mit allen notwendigen Gartenmöbeln bestückt. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass das Ferienhaus direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt und man in Wiarden nichts einkaufen kann. Brötchen circa 2,5 km in Hohenkirchen.

Für ein Wochenende ok

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Wiarden. Leider mussten wir am ersten Tag etwas reklamieren und haben dazu keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, wir wurden früh durch die Stimmen aus der anderen Wohnung geweckt, dort wurde sehr früh gefrühstückt. Leider mussten wir bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, da das Schlafzimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße weist und dort auch nachts häufiger LKW und natürlich auch Traktoren vorbeifuhren. Wach wurden wir davon trotzdem, weil wir einen sehr leichten Schlaf haben. Für ein Wochenende war es ok, einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir dort nicht verbringen wollen. der Gartenbereich war nicht besonders gepflegt und daher wenig einladend.

Die Ferienwohnung ist an sich wirklich sehr schön. Die Hauptstraße hört man im Schlafzimmer mit geschlossenen Fenstern kaum, hat man diese aber offen ist es wirklich sehr laut. Der Garten ist bis auf die Kompost Ecke wirklich schön.
